Sharing your Participant Account constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may lead to immediate termination of your access to our website, services, and course content. You agree to notify our Help and Support Team immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account and cooperate with any investigation into such misuse. We disclaim all liability for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your Participant Account.

  • Content and Courseware

    As part of the services we offer, you will receive access to a range of educational content and courseware, including practice tests, reading materials, videos, and other related resources (collectively, "Content and Courseware"). This content is specifically designed to support the certification training course you enroll in. We reserve the right to revise, update, or change the Content and Courseware at our discretion. In such instances, we may require an additional fee to grant access to newly revised or upgraded materials.

  • Usage of the Website and Services

    You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use our website, services, and related content solely for your personal and non-commercial educational purposes (the "Restricted Purpose"). You may download or print select materials for your own study use but may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, license, broadcast, or publicly display any of the Content and Courseware without our prior written consent. We may use your name, image, or likeness in promotional materials including videos, testimonials, and social media content. Additionally, we may contact you about other training programs we offer. We will not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing organizations without your explicit consent or unless legally obligated to do so.

  • Limitation of Liability

    Your use of our website, services, and content is entirely at your own risk. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or results of the website or content provided. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, whether due to technical errors, server downtime, or data breaches. Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course from which the claim arises.

  • Term and Termination

    This Agreement becomes effective when you accept its terms by clicking "Apply Now" and continues in effect as long as you maintain a current, active Participant Account or until terminated by us. We reserve the right to terminate your access with immediate effect if you violate any of the terms stated here. In such an event, we are entitled to pursue legal remedies and indemnification for any damages incurred. Certain clauses, such as those related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

  • Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MBAOnline.AI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or content, or any breach of this Agreement.

  • Waiver

    No failure or delay on our part in exercising any right or enforcing any provision under this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver. Any waiver must be expressly stated in writing and signed by the relevant party. No waiver of any specific term implies waiver of any other term or future breach.

  • Severability

    If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The invalid provision shall be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent.

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.

  • Payment & Refund Policy

    All payments must be made in full in advance. Access to study materials is granted only upon full payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable. If your access is suspended or terminated due to breach of terms, your payment will be forfeited. Refunds, if any, are solely at our discretion and disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.

  • Amendment and Assignment

    We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website and your continued use of the website and services will constitute acceptance of those changes. You are not permitted to assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

  • Entire Agreement

    This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Rescheduling Policy, and Terms of Use, constitutes the complete agreement between you and MBAOnline.AI regarding your use of our services. It supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
